How much does it cost to use Help Bee?
Help Bee is completely free to download and use. For task posters, we charge approximately 5.5% only when a task is successfully completed (3% platform fee + 18% GST on platform fee + 2% payment processing). Workers keep 100% of their earnings with no fees deducted.
When do I pay the platform fee?
You only pay when your task is completed and you release the payment. The fee is automatically calculated and deducted. If a task is cancelled or not completed, you pay nothing.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes! Help Bee is GST registered. You will receive a GST invoice for all completed transactions. The 18% GST is applied on the 3% platform fee (not on the entire task amount).
Why is there no subscription model?
We believe in fair, transparent pricing. You shouldn't pay monthly fees when you're not using the service. Our task-based fee ensures you only pay for value you actually receive.
How does escrow payment work?
When you hire a worker, the task amount is held securely in escrow. Once the worker completes the task and you approve, the money is released to their wallet. This protects both parties.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees, ever. The total cost is ~5.5% on completed tasks: 3% platform fee + 0.54% GST (18% of 3%) + 2% payment processing. Workers pay nothing. GST invoice provided.
How do workers get paid?
Workers receive 100% of the task amount in their Help Bee wallet. They can withdraw to their bank account anytime with a minimum of ₹100. Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours.
